Q1. How did your career journey start? Or Who/What inspired you to start this business/ entrepreneurship?

My journey as a fashion designer and entrepreneur started at the age of 16, I started freelancing and providing sketches in my second year of college. 

My father always encouraged me to make something so exclusive and unique which would become a best seller, subconsciously I would put in my innovative ideas to create somewhat crazy yet wearable styles, my passion for embroidery came from my mother who knew almost every kind of needlecraft and I grew up wearing hand embroidered and garments constructed by my mother. From patchwork to crochet laces, I had the privilege to dress up in the latest trends. so when I graduated my collection ROYAL RUINS fourth best collection. My confidence to create unique concepts grew which laid the foundation for my success.

Q2. Kindly share some information about your Business, products and services here.

My expertise is in designing and manufacturing couture garments from last 24 years and I have created hundreds of designs for Arabic market, as well as an indian market.

Q3. What kind of challenges did you face while starting/doing business?

The major challenge was designs being copied and maintaining the quality standard since every garment was handcrafted. 

Q4. Do share with our readers about your discovery period when you were facing difficulties in your business?

The Arabic market saw many ups and downs due to changing laws of each country and the demand to supply the cheaper version of the same look increased, this was a time we innovated smart styles and designs to make them cost-effective and meet our customers demand, which in return gave us huge turnovers and our reach to the overall markets increased bringing in more work and bigger turnovers , we also added a new brand for the same markets diversifying into new products.

Q5. Share with our readers about your experiment period after the discovery period?

This was a learning curve which helped us leverage my creative skills and helped us move out of our comfort zone and giving me great confidence to do more products and expansion was the result of this phase
Q6. What are your future plans? Or now what is your vision for next five years?

Branding  and empowering is  now my passion, 

my mission is to empower thousands of women and help them build power belief so they can Take charge of their lives, along with my seminars and programs Take charge 5 x Formula. I have also taken up projects for fashion industry and various brands have approached me to guide them with branding 

I shall be working towards digital excellence and sharing some great strategies with women entrepreneurs and start-ups helping them grow effortlessly

Q7. How would you advise/suggest new entrepreneurs who want to start & sustain in business?

New entrepreneurs are full of ideas and enthusiasm, its crucial to stay committed and not lose hope if you come across challenges.

To keep a close check on expenditure and be persistent with marketing and keep innovating.

To be extremely clear on their vision and keep regular checks on their business plan .
