Q1. How did your career journey start? Or Who/What inspired you to start this business/ entrepreneurship?

Ans: As a child I was a very shy person. Did BSc in Microbiology & then DMLT ( pathology ).
But didn't work after completing internship in Nanavati Hospital.

Always had in mind to start something of my own, & then came an opportunity of looking into my husband's & brother's financial investments.

That was a turn around for me & started learning & liking it. That's how the seeds were sown.

Also the cause of environment is very  dear to me. Together with my husband , we have planted close to 4000 trees. Lots of people expressed their wish to join this noble cause.

Therefore we started a no- profit organization : 

This is led by a team of dedicated individuals from diverse fields -       a CA, a Pharma MBA, an Actuary, a Pharma entrepreneur & myself.

It's been less than a year & we have got phenomenal response from like minded people - Indians around the world.

Q2. Kindly share some information about your Business, products and services here.

Ans. Me being a financial advisor run a firm of Goal , risk & need based financial portfolio making & reviewing ,by the name  FuSec Asset Management Co.

We suggest our clients on different  available avenues of investment according to their needs & risk taking appetite.

The products range from Life insurance, Medical insurance, General insurance, Bonds, Company Fixed deposits, Mutual Funds, Loans, Tax Consulting , Property advice, Will making etc.

Q3. What kind of challenges did you face while starting/doing business?

Ans. Remember, I am from a medical field. Completely different from what I am doing now. Initially it was a complete hands on experience with lots of inputs from my hubby n brother as both of them being from commerce field. I became more hungry and wanted to learn more in depth about the intricacies of wealth management. Many courses and exams later I jumped into this noble profession of wealth creation.

Q4. Do share with our readers about your discovery period when you were facing difficulties in your business?

Ans. Initially it was just convincing, convincing and convincing. There are many misconceptions associated with wealth creation and that is so ingrained that it was difficult to explain investors correct method of wealth creation. Mind you, Earning is easy, creating wealth and growing financially is more difficult.

Q5. Share with our readers about your experiment period after the discovery period?

Ans. For me the reward was, the result my clients could see exponential growth in their invested money and how the investment was well spread to secure their future financial needs. So earning their trust and word of mouth publicity helped me reach more families, now my clients.

Q6. What are your future plans? Or now what is your vision for next five years?

Ans. We envisage to make use of all the available technology to enable our clients to make well informed and wise investments. This includes constantly updating investment portfolios digitally, web based / app based investments thereby avoiding paper work hassles. At a click of a button the necessary investment is made.

Q7. How would you advice/suggest new entrepreneurs who want to start & sustain in business?

Ans. There is absolutely no alternative to hard work. Understanding investors financial needs. Goal settings. Self up-gradation , understanding rules governing this field and being tech savvy.
